Terms & Conditions for registration in human anatomy dissection and Cadaver course
- To reserve your spot, please send your resume and a deposit of $500.00 to samlo@samlo.ca.
- Deposit is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.
- The remaining balance is to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.

- MasterCard or Visa – Add 3% transaction fee – done over the phone.
- Registration Deadline: 4 weeks prior to start of the course.
- Participants must arrange for their own accommodations and transportation.
- Infectious diseases are a potential threat for everyone involved in the handling of human tissue.
- We (faculty) cannot absolutely exclude the possibility of infection with pathogens or infectious disease.
- Therefore, all samples be treated with the same precautions (i.e. Universal Precautions) afforded a live patient with communicable disease.
- The availability of specimens is not always predictable and consequently, cannot always be supplied, in which case you will be fully refunded.
